I have a HP Laptop 15s-eq3065AU, Windows 11 Version 22H2, which is limited at 100 Mbps for Ethernet in the USB-C (3.0) with the Realtek USB Fe family controller (Network Adapter).
We need to increase Ethernet speed up to 1000 Mbps or higher.
Question 1: Which is the right Realtek Network Adapter for fast Ethernet on a USB C (1000 Mbps or higher)?
Question 2: Is the Network Interface Controller from Realtek USB 3.0 GBE 2.5G ( RTL8156 / RTL8156B(S)(G)) the right one?
Question 3: Or is the Realtek Network Interface Controllers 10/100/1000M Gigabit Ethernet > USB 3.0 (RTL8153 / RTL8153B) the right one?
Question 4: If we download this link the new Realtek Network Interface Controller for Windows 11 is not visible in "Network Adapters". We always see the old Realtek USB FE family controller with limit 100 Mbps.
Check this link: https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/network-interface-controllers-10-100-1000m-gigabit...
Question 5: Must we keep the Realtek USB Fe familiy controller? Or do we disable or delete?
Thank you for your help.
