HP Recommended

hi Hp,

i have an HP notebook - 15-db0521sa, it been running extremely slow. so i have tried restarting it. but now it seems that its stuck in cycle of constantly rebooting itself. it keeps saying on the screen "choose an operating system...."  giving me the option of only windows 10 vol3. and then it continues to reboot itself. i have no clue what that means, can i have some help with this please
