HP Recommended
Product: HP Compaq Elite 8300 Convertible Minitower PC (ENERGY STAR)

Pc will not boot to screen. Only 2 beeps, and 2 red blinking lights on the power switch led continuous but nothing else. No screen display. Tried new memory from another pc, tried new monitor, disconnected all peripherals and still only 2 beeps and nothing on screen.
