Product: HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-cr0000 (538A1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I get asked to download HPDC_Service_4.8.67.0 (1) every time I switch on my laptop, it appears as though it's starting to download but doesn't seem to complete as when the laptop is switched on next time this download box appears again.
