Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-in-One Printer

I’m trying to print on 3x5 cards. Paper size is correct but cards won’t feed into printer. Any solutions?  HP Office jet pro 9010 series. There is an index card 3x5 paper size setting. I can't figure how to load the cards in the paper tray???
