I have HP Support Assistant (HPSA) installed on my fully updated Windows 11 Home notebook a week ago. It had prompted me to install BIOS upgrade version F.28. I confirm bios upgrade and all well smoothly.

But when I run HPSA, it constantly prompted to reboot. I rebooted a couple of times either by clicking reboot option on HPSA prompt or usual reboot option from Windows start menu.

So, after some googling I decided to uninstall HPSA and reinstall again. I uninstalled HPSA using Control Center > Add or remove programs > Apps & features.

Now what?! I downloaded HPSA 9 from official HP support site but it refuses to install.  When i try to install HPSA v.9  annoying message appears: "This version of HP Support Assistant appears to be incompatible with your operating system. You can download a legacy version of HP Support Assistant on our website."

Since my OS is an supported os being higher than Windows 10 RS4, I can not understand whats wrong.

Also, I was able to update HPSA from Microsoft Store but it even not listed on MS Store now.
