Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One PC 24-ca1000i (4N599AV)

I get a Black Screen Error - CPU Fan 90b error

Sometimes upon checking in the UEFI during the fan test its varies between a Pass and a Fail. I have an F.15 bios installed in my pc.
