HP Pavilion x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-er0000

The touch screen used to work.. now windows says "No pen or touch input is available for this display" 

The device manager do not have a touchscreen driver install and I can't find the touchscreen driver online.

I installed & run HP support Assistant everything is up to date

I downloaded Intel® Driver & Support Assistant and installed the Intel graphics driver but didn't fix the issue
