Product: HP Tango

When going to print the feeder shifts the paper to one side and cannot print. I have cleaned the roller, made sure there are not objects or jams and even reset the printer but it will still not feed properly. Of course this has to happen after the warranty is expired. Is there any information on how to fix this or should I resort to the office space method?
