Product: HP ZBook Firefly 16 inch G9 Mobile Workstation PC (6J531AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I believe I am yet another user who just bought a new Zbook Firefly 16 inch G9 with thermal issues. Seems like the fan kicks in every 10-15 seconds to cool the laptop off. I updated all the drivers, BIOS and all but the fans just won't stop kicking in. Anyone got any ideas?

 

I've followed all the suggestions the below discussion;
