Product: HP Laptop - 15s-eq0012np

Hi
The sound on my HP is distorted and of poor quality.
I have also installed the latest drivers.
More specifically:

1) There is no device 'Realtek High Definition Speaker'. There's only a 'Realtek(R) Audio'.

2) When I enter the Speaker Properties -> Advanced -> Default Format, is 16 bit 48000hz and there is no option from the drop down menu for 24bit 192000Hz sound.

I try FXSound but i don't like cause the sound is more distorted.

Can you provide any assistance, please?
