This problem has been happening for quite a while and it is starting to be a problem
When I start playing any audio, being a video or music, there is no sound for the first few seconds. But if I have something that's constantly playing sound in the background, its fine. I think its just a delay in the sound output but it happens when no sound has been played for around 15 seconds. It is cut out for around 2 seconds then starts playing. I'm not sure if it is the drivers or the OS, but it stays the same with different output devices.
