Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec1025ax

The screen remains black whenever I boot or on my laptop but CPU and other external component(if connected) works. I need to forced off my laptop by pressing the power button and rebooting the laptop to get the display. Sometimes 3 or 4 forced off needed to get the display.

please help me to solve the problem.
