PLEASE HELP,  (I have an error code 10  This device cannot start operation failed) on my  Bluetoothimage_2023-07-19_212648808.pngAnnotation 2023-07-19 201117.png HID device  And now i can no longer connect my controller wirelessly via in-built Bluetooth  , I have tried a couple of methods already to fix the issue but none worked , 

1. i tried updating from device manager  and also tried using windows update 

2. i tried HP media creation tool to update and fix 

3. i tried troubleshooting 

4. i tried third party installation tool like snappy driver tool to update but it showed installed but driver for this file is missing 

i also tried resetting my device and it still came back with the same error message 

PLEASE ANY BODY HELP
