Product: HP All-in-One Desktop PC 24-cb1000a (4M9N7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have a nearly-new all in one which has never had it's headphone jack used until last night.
It doesn't recognize either of my headphones being inserted. I've reinstalled drivers but don't get anything. It simply shows as nothing in the jack.
How do I get it to recognize headphones are in, or do I need to use a specific kind of headphone for it to pick up? The kind I'm using are just the basic type you'd use on an MP3 player, no microphone or anything. I know these 2 headphones work elsewhere, just not on this PC.
Any ideas?
