Product: OMEN by HP 40L Gaming Desktop PC GT21-0000i (392G3AV)

I'm trying to upgrade the gpu to a msi 4070 gaming trio and the psu to a corsair RM1000x I got everything in and buttoned up but when I go to turn it on I got 3 long beeps and 3 short beeps and my monitor had no signal what should I do
