Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-d0000 (3S9N6AV)

I bought this brand new hp victus laptop a month ago and i having several problems like hang in middle of work and white lines in the screen I haven't downloaded much apps in it. Wt should I do .
