Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer

I am trying to print on paper the is 147 g/sq meter.  My printer will not pick up the paper for printing.  The roller keeps spinning and spinning.  It will print on regular paper but not thick paper.  

 

I have cleaned the rollers as suggested and have changed the printer settings to thick paper.  Nothing is working.
