Product: HP 15s-eq1000 Laptop PC (8WQ33AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Laptop running extremely slow.  I bought it a week ago and haven't even used it for 5 hours yet. The webpages keep freezing and I get the error message that "this page is not responding wait or shut down".  It's even lagging behind on the letters I'm typing now.  What could be the problem?
