HP Recommended

My laptop has been stuck in the BIOS UPDATE page for hours now and I can’t restart my computer nor can I turn it off. It’s saying progress 1% and it hasn’t move from that since then. I tried a lot of things but tent won’t work for me. This is how my computer is and it’s not moving help me pls and thanks.  If anyone knows how to fix this pls help me
