Product: HP Pavilion x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-er0000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was doing work on my laptop when all of a sudden the laptop lost Internet. I know the WiFi is still working on my phone but when opening the WiFi panel there are no options, just airplane mode. I've reset and updated/ reinstalled drivers. Nothing seems to work. I've had the same problem in the past but I can't remember how it was solved, other than hold some buttons during start up which then lead to white text on a black screen before going to the log on menu. Any help would be appreciated.
