Product: HP Z640 Base Model Workstation

Current board no post screen on start up

DESPERATELY NEED HELP PLEASE
Plus 8 beeps Bios problem
All I did was up date the bios as instructed by HP assistant was working ok for weeks
Then I want to install fresh windows but the pc had problem trying to install it said unable to install. So I rang Microsoft they walk me through installing on usb.
Then they said format you NVMe 1TB so I removed and formatted NVMe drive with diskpart then replaced and tried to install then I have these current problems no post /splash screen and 8 beeps.
