Product: HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-cr0000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I sent my Envy 17 inch laptop in for repair after just a few months of ownership. It would no longer power up. HP service fixed it and returned it to me. However it was now short 8 GB of RAM> Case has been escalated but here I sit waiting for that **bleep** phone call. I buy a new laptop about once a year. I guess I'll have to look elsewhere next time.
