Product: HP Spectre x360

Вылетает ошибка "Battary 601" а что самое главное, новый встроенный аккумулятор не заряжается. Держится на 0%, я сбросил настройки батареи в BIOS по этому показывает 100%

 

The error "Battary 601" crashes and most importantly, the new built-in battery does not charge. It keeps at 0%, I reset the battery settings in the BIOS for this shows 100%
