Last night I was trying to play Apex Legends and my mic wasn't working. Windows also told me it had updates so I was like "ok I will let it update and see if the mic issues resolve". I'm not sure what went wrong but now I get this screen and have been trying to troubleshoot it for about 5 hours but none of the troubleshooting options work. I just keep getting this. The website URL it says to go to doesn't work, it just 404's. The website keeps telling me my serial number is incorrect but when I do find the computer model on the website there is no drivers/software/downloads for it. I usually am able to fix my own computer but this is something I do not understand and have never had issues with on past computers.
I bought this PC in March 2022 and chose different specs than the default:
NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3060 (12 GB GDDR6 dedicated)
512 GB Intel® SSD + 32 GB Intel® Optane™ memory
Windows 11 Pro 64
Intel® Core™ i5-11400 (2.6 GHz up to 4.4 GHz, 12 MB L3 cache, 6 cores)
32 GB DDR4-2933 SDRAM (2 x 16 GB)
