Hello, the bass and treble settings of the B&O sound driver on my computer are not visible, and when I select the movie music options, there is no change in the sound. Headphones are not plugged in, the computer has its own speakers, no matter what driver I installed, it didn't work. I talked to the HP customer representative and he tried the driver, but the problem still persists, please help me, I'm fed up with this problem.
