Product: HP-Envy TE01-2xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My new windows 11 computer did not have a dvd drive. I had a BUNUD external drive so added it OK. Have been unable to burn or write to it every time. It fails very often. I tried a different USB port but no difference. Have used TPMGenc and Ashampoo to try to burn a DVD also tried file explorer to both burn and just copy. It fails most times. All windows Microsoft tests say no problems. I Did have intermittent similar problems on my previous HP computer under windows 10 but not as bad.
