This has been going on for 4 or five months now and it's getting old.
My PC will take 2-5 minutes to start up and longer to restart. This occurs before the login screen.
When I first got this PC, it would take 10n seconds to start up.
There are no error messages, nothing.
This started after Windows 11 installed a cumulative update:
2023-02 Cumulative update for Windows version 22H2 for x64 KB5022845.
My factory warranty has expired, and I don't believe I should have to pay anyone to get this fixed.
I've installed HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows.
Any help with this will be appreciated,
James
