Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

I have a 9015e and the error message tells me the printer carriage cannot move. Clear paper jam.  There is no paper jam.  I have turned it on and off, unplugged it, and attempted to move the carriage, which is very stuck.  Suggestions are greatly appreciated.
