Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7220e All-in-One Printer

 In the photo is the error message coming up on my printer.

No paper loaded into the photo tray and I’m not trying to print photos - this is preventing me from doing anything on the printer.

has anyone had this before and can offer any solutions?
