HP Recommended

Hi All, I can't use the HP ProDesk 600 g5 desktop mini with Virtualisation Intel VT -x/EPT or AMD-V/RVI enabled. I need this to run my Virtual Machines. I tried all the bios settings but nothing worked. Is this a common issue that this PC does not have this function?
