HP Recommended

I have Envy pc from hp with motherboard IPM17-TP, there are 4 sockets of rams.  Sockets 1 and 3 are black and 2 and 4 are blue. Currently I have four 4 GB RAM from one manufacturer (Samsung). I want to upgrade all of these 4 rams, can I replace them with 4 new rams 16G each (total 64G), and finally which type of Ddr shall I buy Ddr3 or Ddr4, thanks…
