Product: 620 FHD Webcam
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just received a new 620 FHD Webcam. My OS Windows 10 Pro recognizes the webcam, it shows up in the device manager. But the camera doesn't work. Went to HP support site. The site doesn't show any OS in the select OS window. And without answering that, I cannot download drivers. Also, the site does doesn't recognize the S/N printed on the device, nor the Product Number printed on the device. Need urgent help, I have an important meeting I need to use this for.
