Hi,

Since more than a month, I am facing an issue with touchpad on my HP Victus 16-e0162AX laptop.  Touchpad suddenly stops working and when I go to driver manager to check whether touchpad driver exists or not, I found that driver automatically got deleted. I restarted laptop and then touchpad started working again. Again after few hours, It stopped working. Again I restarted the laptop and it worked again.

Now, After more than 25 days since this problem started, Touchpad is not working even after restarting the laptop. I have to use an external mouse for operating my laptop.

I even re-installed the touchpad driver after downloading it from official HP website but still the problem didn't got solved. My laptop is having latest Windows updates installed.

 

Please help. I am frustrated now because of this weird problem 😕
