Product: HP 14s-fq0000 Laptop PC (9VQ92AV)
So recently my laptop has been stuck at certain percentages (96%, 72% and 100%) and I've tried updating the drivers and it said they were up to date, I even reinstalled win 11 but still nothing.
I am not able to do a power cycle either since one of the screws in my laptop is threaded and i cannot get it out for the life of me.
it's becoming really annoying since I now don't know when my laptop goes dead. Are there any other solutions?
Thanks in advanced.
