Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Purchased a new keyborad named K300 gaming keyboard, and tried registering my new product. However, when I entered my product number into the system, the results came back has "product not found". I tried entering the product name and pressed search and nothing happened. After pressing search again, the page would just refresh. This happened a couple of times. I closed the page and reopened it to try it again and I got an "error occurred" message. How do I go about registering my product?
