Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

 My HP Elitebook 830 G5 Notebook screen flickers, has shaking horizontal lines at bottom of the screen up to slightly above the taskbar, the horizontal white lines appear and disappear when they appear, they blur bottom for 2 seconds and disappear for 2 seconds and the screen looks normal when they disappear this process repeats for ever, when screen blurs it display shaking text that appears in another part of the screen, it seems screen is not broken, and not a driver problem since it happens when you are in bios management, what could be the cause and how to repair it
