Hello, When I press F3 or F4 to adjust brightness, a new window appears. It is a small square. The title of the window is "HP Hotkey Support" and it has no message nor any error code. It only has a small "OK" button. If I press the button the window disappears and If I press F3 or F4 again it comes back. Regulating brightness with F3 and F4 was working until yesterday.
