I bought a HP EliteBook 840 G3 over a year ago. Since then I had been using it and I was very happy.
Although one day Windows has decided to update after that an empty HP HotKey Support dialog window appears every time I press Fn + F5(to decrease brightness) or Fn + F6(to increase brightness).
In addition to that dialog window doesn't appear when other functional combination is pressed. It only reacts to increase or decrease brightness.
Moreover, some HP Hotkey UWP service HPAudioAnalytics.exe is using more than 20 percent CPU usage.
How can I fix these problems? Should I reinstall HP Hotkey Support?
I am looking forward to your reply. Thank you all in advance.
