it been stuck on this screen I been playing around on it and idk what to do. This all happened when my nephew was banging on the keyboard and had it stuck on the reboot screen. I don’t know if I have to get a flash drive and fix it or what. It told me to put a reboot disk one time as well. Idk im lost could someone please help me. I rather try to fix it myself first instead of paying a technician to fix it.
