HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought this laptop last year and it has been working quite well. I was using it and its battery got low. I plugged the laptop in and after some time I saw that the battery percentage was still stuck at 7%. I tried troubleshooting but nothing seems to work. What should I do?
