Product: HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2

my HP elitebook 1030 x360 g2 fan make noise regularly. i changed fan but new fan also make same type noise.
fan not run regularly, some second stop working fan then again work then again stop...
i update to latest bios version and also update all drivers but face same noise.

 

anyone help me for fix this problem ?
