I'm looking for a shortcut for Scroll Lock on HP Envy 16 running Windows 11. I have verified Scroll-Lock can be enabled/disabled with the 'ScrLk' button on the on-screen keyboard (shortcut for keyboard is Ctrl-Windows-O). However, I'm looking for a shortcut without using the on-screen keyboard.
After researching, I believe 'fn+C' key combination should work, but it doesn't. I've tried with active keys enabled and disabled in BIOS, neither make 'fn+C' work. Please help, thanks!
