Product: HP Pavilion Desktop - TP01-0145m

My computer sent an error message with a black screen, out of the blue. I tried all of the help options that HP gives. 

Tried F2, F11, F12 etc. and than ran all of the system checks and passed. It says I need a boot option and I have no operating system disk (don't know if one came with the system) or flash drive to boot from.  It keeps telling me thata NO boot device found and for me to install an operating system. I have BIt Defender on my system and have no idea what happened. Where can I get a copy of windows 10 to use as my operating system?
