Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was searching for a new BIOS for my HP Pavilion 690-0055no. I see version F.51 Rev.A is available but it seems it's only supported for Windows 10. I believe BIOS is OS independant so why isn't Windows 11 showing up on support.hp.com after identifying my desktop? Would it be safe to download it separately and install?
