I have an HP Envy 17 (Product Number 19T03AV) which has touchscreen, bought back in 2020.
It has been dropped and the glass on the corner has shattered and the glass pieces are falling out. The screen doesn't seem to be impacted (yet).
The screen is, according to the invoice: 17.3" diagonal FHD, IPS, WLED-backlit, multitouch-enabled, edge-to-edge glass (1920 x 1080).
So my question(s) is:
- Can I just replace the glass, and if so what is the product number (and where might I be able to find it)?
- Can I replace it with non-touchscreen glass if necessary (and what is that product number)? I will prefer to maintain the touchscreen capabilities though.
- If I cannot replace just the glass, what other options are there (glass + screen? entire lid?) or other compatible systems?
I figure with at least a product number that will help narrow down my search some.
Thank you.
D.
