Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer - N911a
My printer stopped in the middle of printing and displayed this message: "there is a problem with the printer or ink system". I have followed all the diagnostics on the printer as well as HP automated support but nothing is working. Current cartridges all have ink, and I tried re-inserting each one but again, no luck. This is a very old printer and I'm wondering if what I need is a new print head. Thank you in advance for your input.
