Hello, I purchased 4 laptops from Amazon listed as new. They were unopened and came with everything one would expect from buying new laptops. However, on powering up and getting ready to image, I found that the laptops weren't holding a charge. After a quick diagnostic, it turns out that these laptops were manufactured about 3 years ago, and the warranty is showing as expired. Every time I attempt to dispute this, I am met with the error/500 page: "We're sorry HP Customer Support site is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please check back later." I have proof of purchase, but I am unable to find anywhere else to dispute this, and there are no other forms or anything to fill out. Can you please assist? Thank you, Devin
