Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b0000 (2W6B5AV)

each time my pc starts up, or i start a game or anything else a prompt shows up asking "do you want to allow this app to make changes to your devices" and its about the HP omen system optimizer, this should be turned on at all times and not come back each time to ask, a solution i found was finding the exe location and running it as administrator but i would have to do this each time i start my pc which is very annoying
