Hello Everyone,

I am currently having an issue with my settings app in which when I try to start it up the program box will open and show the cog wheel loading image but will then close either immediately or after a few seconds. I have tried searching for and using solutions online but nothing has worked so far. If anyone can help me resolve this issue it would be greatly appreciated. I will include a screenshot of what appears when i open it before it closes after a few seconds of trying to open or closes immediately. Also there has been no error pop up so far when trying to open settings or when it closes.
